The Work under this contract includes Hazardous material abatement and demolition of the City of Salem Public Works Administrative Building 2 and associated site improvements located at 1410 20th Street SE. Bids must be submitted on the bid forms furnished to the bidders Only the following contractors are eligible to submit a bid to the City of Salem on this project: Konell Construction & Demolition Corporation Performance Abatement Services Professional Minority Group, Inc. Willamette Construction Services, Inc. Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days.
