As of October 11, 2024, bid packages 1-7 have been completed per the Construction Manager. No additional information is expected. Gilbane Building Company, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the following bid packages: 04C Masonry 05D Structural Steel 07D Reverse Roof System (Roofing) 07E Waterproofing 08D Glass & Glazing 10C Signage & Graphics 11D Kitchen Equipment 23E Mechanical/Plumbing (Equipment 26E Electrical (Equipment/Relocate Existing/Underground) 27D AV Equipment/Devices (Design Assist) 27E IT Equipment (Relocate Existing) Bidders must prequalify online at https://compass-app.com prior to submitting their bid. This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 35% overall with sub goals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided in the , must be completed and submitted with all bid proposals.
