Buffalo Psychiatric Center Building 51 located at 400 Forest Avenue, Buffalo, NY in Erie County. Project is to upgrade the HVAC system as described in the contract documents. Work includes, but is not limited to selective demolitions, asbestos abatement, hazardous materials abatement, replacement in kind of all HVAC equipment and piping, cleaning of all existing to remain ductwork, new electrical connections, lighting, acoustical ceiling panels, painting, gypsum systems, firestopping, and dehumidification system. Electrical Contract CR#7 is estimated at $550,000 to $590,000.
