Renovation of a mixed-use development in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
CR#:2137394 EEO goals for this project: 6% minority workforce and 3% female workforce The work of this single bid project includes replacing existing storefront systems in their entirety, including aluminum framing, entrance doors, door hardware, and glazing. Associated modifications and reconnections to card access, security, and related building systems are included as part of the work. Additionally, a new vestibule will be constructed at the first-floor rear entrance of the Couper Administration Building, including all necessary architectural, structural, and systems integration work required for a complete installation. The work also includes hazardous material abatement included. Special Notice to Potential Bidders: Please review the Bid and Post Bid Checklist on the Construction Opportunities page on the Fund's website All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
