A timeline for construction has not been reached. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Replace Storefront and Exterior Doors - Bartle Library, University Union and Couper Administration Building project at the State University of New York at Binghamton. The Project is the replacement of storefront assemblies, doors, thresholds, and adjacent finishes damaged by water infiltration, and masonry repair at three major campus buildings: Bartle Library, University Union, and Administration. Ancillary work includes regrading of adjacent site to slope water away from doors at the Library and a new vestibule for energy efficiency at Administration (Building.) Work at Bartle Library includes renovation of all major entrances, replacing exterior and vestibule storefront and doors, masonry restoration, replacing site pavers and drainage work, interior renovations adjacent to entrances and coordination with electrical for lighting, exit signs, card readers, and new hardware. Work at University Union includes replacing two story storefront panels located in the original Union building, replacing doors, and renovation to entrances and vestibules and coordination with electrical for lighting, exit signs, card readers, and new hardware. Work at Administration includes replacing doors, constructing a new vestibule inside the existing lobby, and site work at main entrance to repair threshold and grade deficiencies. Coordination with electrical for lighting, exit signs, card readers, and new hardware. The construction value is estimated at approximately $9,080,000. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 5/8/2025
