Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation (MBLL) is requesting quotations from companies to provide the goods or services described below. Please note that MBLL is requesting quotes for the purposes of evaluating the scope of work to be undertaken for this project, and no contract may be awarded from this RFQ. This is a request for quotation only, and is not a tender process, and will be governed by MBLLs general RFQ terms and conditions. GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. Liquor marts are working retail outlets. The majority of work is to be completed during working hours. All work undertaken during this time will be done in such a manner as to minimize operational impact. a. Working hours; 10am-7pm Monday-Saturday, 12-4pm Sunday. Hours may vary slightly for each store. 2. While the majority of tasks should be possible during working hours, any disruptive tasks must be done outside of working hours. Bidders should allow for this in their bid. No increase to pricing will be permitted to complete any work that must be done outside of working hours. 3. No storage of materials or tools will be permitted on site. Contractor to coordinate movement of materials and sequence of work in the most efficient manner possible. 4. Contractor will be required to verify measurements and site conditions prior to commencing any work. 5. All work will be under the supervision of the Contractor. 1. The Contractor will install pre-purchased Vicstore retail store fixtures and shelving in each of the listed locations. 2. The amount of work required at each location is based on the square footage of the retail salesfloor space. 3. Work involved may involve light carpentry (i.e.: leveling fixture bases, furring strips, etc. to make fixtures plumb and level). Some minor electrical required (LED light strips, LED bulbs/ballasts) 4. All installation tasks performed as per manufacturers recommendation. 5. Old shelving will be disposed of by MBLL. 6. The store development coordinator will coordinate with the contractor for the install; typically, 30-60 days notice will be given to each store for shelf installation. 7. The Store Development Coordinator or the District Sales Manager will inspect the work after completion. 8. Although all materials are provided for the shelf installation, additional fasteners, components, adhesives, and sealants may be required to complete the work. 9. The Contractor will utilize trained, professional installers capable of completing the work to a high degree of professionalism and in a timely and efficient manner. 10. Installation should be warrantied for at least 1 year from the date of acceptance. Commercial general liability insurance covering all operations of the Contractor in the minimum amount of TWO MILLION ($2,000,000.00) DOLLARS, including coverage for non-owned automobiles. Said policy shall name MBLL as additional insured. Term: 2024/01/01 09:00:00 AM EST - 2027/12/31 08:00:00 PM EST Option: 2 Option years MBLL reserves the right to amend or cancel this competition at any time and is under no obligation to accept or act upon the lowest or any submission.
