Upgrades and repairs to Roger-Gaudry pavilion of Montreal University. The scope of the project includes complete redevelopment of wings A and B as well as certain premises in wing D of the 3rd floor. The Package 55133 of the project will include renovation of the Biochemistry teaching laboratory, of the entire wing A on the 3rd floor and certain premises of wing D, to install a new laundry that will serve the teaching and research laboratories of the Roger-Gaudry pavilion. The project will require a partial interior demolition of the existing premises. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Construction start is not anticipated before 2026 summer/fall period.
