Renovation of a medical facility in Thornhill, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Work of this Contract comprises renovation of BTHC DI Modalities - Echo Room The accepted Tenderer shall provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract amount as referred to in the Bid Form - 00 41 00. Use the most current version of the CCDC Document 221 as the form of Performance Bond. The accepted Tenderer shall provide and maintain in good standing until fulfillment of the Contract a Labour and Materials Bond for 50% of the Contract, covering the faithful performance of the Contract as referred to in the Bid Form 004100. The Owner in his discretion may reject or accept all or any part of this tender or any of the tenders submitted under this tender call; and the Owner is under no obligation whatsoever to accept the lowest or any tender. The Owner also reserves the right to substitute a sub-trade. The tender will be modified to suit the bid of the new sub-trade. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com .
