**As of March 18, 2024 bids received for this project has been rejected. It is in the City’s best interest to revise the scope of work and re-issue a new solicitation at a later date. No definite date yet. Construction of four (4) aircraft hangars. Must be identical pre-engineered metal aircraft hangars sized for one or more of the following three optional sizes: * Option 1 - Four 50' wide x 60' Hangars * Option 2 - Four 50' x 50' Hangars * Option 3 - Four 60' x 60' Hangars An additional option is desired to break out the pricing separately for one of the hangars to incorporate a bathroom, with exterior access only. This would require connection to adjacent water and sewer already on site. The site has already been cleared and prepared. Building pad are cleared and ready for minor grading to prepare for concrete/slab forming, drainage work is in and an SJRWM District permit is obtained for the new impervious requirements.
