State Project Number 78RC0037 Domestic Water Booster Pumps Replacement at MCF Rush City This solicitation is Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (TG/ED/VO) preference. A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Replacement of two main domestic water boosters pumps serving the facility. 2.) Installation of two bypass inline pumps to allow continuous operation of the facility while the booster pumps are replaced. The Section 00 41 73 Prime Contractor Response Form (Response Form), which includes the attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, is posted within the VirtuBid area of the QuestCDN Plan Room. The Response Form must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before it can be posted. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor OR Subcontractor, the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since December 2018 for construction of main facility plumbing systems. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $367,000 or greater. OR In lieu of Responding company's projects, Responder may provide on the form below up to 3 qualifying projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved Substantial Completion since December 2018 for main facility plumbing systems and $367,000 or greater.
