A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Placer County desires to replace the aging Tahoe Justice Center facilities located 2501 N. Lake Boulevard and known to the County as "Burton Creek", with a new contemporary facility that houses a variety of justice related departments and their associated equipment. The County of Placer Department of Facilities Management (County) is seeking proposals from land use consulting firms that have reputable experience and strong knowledge of regulations and procedures associated with land development projects within the Lake Tahoe Basin. This RFP will result in the award of one contract for the subject project.
