Placer County desires to replace the aging Tahoe Justice Center facilities located 2501 N. Lake Boulevard and known to the County as "Burton Creek", with a new contemporary facility that houses a variety of justice related departments and their associated equipment. The County of Placer Department of Facilities Management (County) is seeking proposals from land use consulting firms that have reputable experience and strong knowledge of regulations and procedures associated with land development projects within the Lake Tahoe Basin. This RFP will result in the award of one contract for the subject project. Question Deadline: Fri Dec 22, 2023 3:00 PM (PST) Site Walkthrough Event: In order to make the meeting more effective for all participants, attendees should read the bid documents thoroughly prior to the meeting. Meeting Time: 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM (PST). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
