Water Treatment Chemicals - Sodium Permanganate 20% Deliveries shall be made on regular working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Normal delivery hours are between the hours of 7:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and all Chemicals must be unloaded prior to 4:00 p.m. Deliveries may be made outside of regular working days and normal delivery hours, including weekend deliveries, with prior consent from PWSA. At least one-hour advance notice is required prior to delivery. Typical deliveries will be made to: 1) Water Treatment Plant (includes Filter Bldg. and Clarifier Site) 900 Freeport Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15238 2) Microfiltration Plant Questions Due Date: Dec 14th 2023, 4:00 PM EST 463 Reservoir Drive Pittsburgh, PA 15206 3) Microfiltration Plant #2 2003 Reservoir Drive Pittsburgh, PA 15206 4) Bruecken Pump Station 7779 Lock Way East Pittsburgh, PA 15206 Questions Due Date: Dec 14th 2023, 4:00 PM EST The PWSA reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it deems it to be in the interest of the PWSA to do so. When prices bid on various items are unreasonably high or low so as to unbalance the bid, the Director may, within his discretion, recommend that the PWSA reject it. The bid may also be rejected if it contains omissions, alterations, additions not called for, or irregularities of any kind.
