The Columbia Public School District (District) is seeking a network switch replacement solution for network connectivity within the District. Vendors are expected to utilize Dana Reynolds as the sole representative for ALL information regarding this RFP. Vendor's, who contact any other District employee or representative of the Columbia School District regarding the subject of this RFP. are subject to disqualification from this RFP. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder, at its own risk, to ensure that written questions are received no later than the deadline indicated above. Responses will be issued by addendum and will be posted to the EPC portal and the online before end of the day Wednesday, December 6, 2023. Price shall include all freight and handling charges (FOB Destination) for delivery to 1818 W Worley St., Columbia, Missouri 65203. RFQ will be awarded at the February 12, 2024 Board of Education meeting. Equipment is contingent on 2024-2025 budget. A purchase order for equipment will be provided in May 2024 with a delivery date after July 1, 2024 The successful bidder will be responsible for delivery of the item, whether or not the bidder is the manufacturer or producer of it. Further, the District will consider the selected bidder to be the sole point of contact with regard to the contractual matters, including delivery, warranty, and payment of any and all charges resulting from the purchase of the equipment. The District reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid, to waive technicalities, and to accept the offer the District considers most advantageous. The District also reserves the right to award all items, any group of items, or a single item.
