The County of Ingham (County) solicits bids from experienced and qualified vendors for the purpose of furnishing its 2024 seasonal requirements of emulsified asphalts to the Ingham County Road Department. Bids may be withdrawn prior to the date and time specified for bid submission with a formal written notice by an authorized representative of the bidder. No bidder may withdraw a bid after the opening for a minimum period of 60 days. It is the intention of the County to award a Purchase Order to the lowest responsive and most responsible bidder, provided that the bid has been submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the IFB and does not exceed the budgeted funds available. Question Deadline 12/18/2023 at 3:00 PM ET Any explanation desired by a Proposer regarding the meaning or interpretation of this RFP and attachments must be requested only to the Ingham County Purchasing Department, at questions@ingham.org. The deadline for submitting final questions is no later. If an addendum is required, it will be issued after this date. Ingham County reserve the right to reject any or all responses to this Invitation for Bids, to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in responses, and/or to negotiate the terms and conditions of all or any part of the responses as determined to be in the County's best interests in its sole discretion.
