The Garland Independent School District will be accepting competitive sealed proposals for the Chiller Replacements- CL420 Armstrong ES, Pearson ES, Spring Creek ES, Stephens ES, O'Banion MS and CL421 Garland HS, South Garland HS Garland Independent School SECO Chiller Replacements project seeks to improve the efficiency, reliability, and control capabilities of the existing HVAC system at seven campuses. This initiative involves the replacement of outdated chillers, pumps, and drives, accompanied by the integration of new controls to optimize system performance Budget $3,700,000 Proposer must notify procurement at bids@garlandisd.net and the Garland ISD Point of Contact, Eva Gracia egracia@garlandisd.net, no later than close of business on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 with any questions arising out of the drawings or specifications or if discrepancies, ambiguities or omissions are found in the Proposal documents or if further information or interpretation is desired
