Site work and renovation of a civil project in Delton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Site Directions: Tank is located at the southwest corner of Littlegeorge Rd and White Eagle Rd in the Nation's Ho-Chunk Village community. The community is located approx halfway between Lake Delton WI and Baraboo WI; east of the State Hwy 12/North Reedsburg Road interchange. The project is to remove existing coating system (wet interior and exterior) from the 7000-gallon hydro-pneumatic tank. The exterior also will require the removal of the existing insulation coat. Once existing coating is removed, tank is to be surface prepped and have a new coating system applied. The exterior will have a new insulation system installed also. Miscellaneous items to be completed include a rain gutter and painting of the pumphouse facility floors. The tank can be removed from service and the community supplied with water from the nearby casino system (no temporary tank required). Davis Bacon wage rates apply to this project. Est. Completion Date: Sept. 27, 2024 Questions on contracting and coordinating site visits are to be handled by Mr. Gunderson
