Harlem Valley Rail Trail Resurfacing, Under Mountain Road to State Route 344, Taconic State Park, at Copake Falls, Columbia County, New York. This project mainly involves, but not limited to, selective removal of existing asphalt pavement and gravel subbase, removal of existing split rail fence, removal of existing bollards, furnish & installation of gravel subbase and asphalt pavement, furnish & installation of wire fence with wooden posts, furnish & installation of pedestrian traffic signs and fold down bollards, furnish & applying striping to existing parking lot and pedestrian crossings at various locations. Additionally, furnish, installation and continual monitoring of any/all erosion control devices as shown on the plans, with additional as necessary toward compliance with the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) issued for the project. Lastly, restoration of all disturbed areas (topsoil, seeding and mulch).
