Deliverables are defined in the Appendix D of attached Office of Mental Health (OMH) contract boilerplate. Questions answered during the conference or site visit will not be considered official responses. All
questions must be submitted in writing by the bidder. All eligible bidders will receive an email containing the
official responses to all questions received by the due date. All written questions regarding this solicitation must be sent to Nate Wise via e-mail only by March 20,
2024 by 3:00 PM ET. Questions and answers will be accumulated by NYS Office of Mental Health and
sent to all potential bidders by March 27, 2024 by 3:00 PM ET. Questions and Answers will also be posted

business days after date on nonselect letter Anticipated Contract Start/End Dates: 11/01/2024 - 10/31/2029 CONTRACT NOTES: The Water Treatment coverage will be for the months of November and December 2024 only. Effective January 1, 2025, the water treatment service for the Boilers will begin under the Facility Water Treatment contract. The equipment in Buildings 718 & 794 are in leased buildings and Preventive Maintenance is the responsibility of the Tenant. In the event the buildings are vacated, or preventive maintenance and/or repairs, ae needed, the Contractor may be asked by the Facility to perform these services under the Time and Material (T&M) provisions of the contract under the similar Boiler PM task unit costs, or for repairs utilizing the applicable T&M provisions in the contract.
