Community Hospital FA AV Appliance Upgrade. Contract term: 210 Calendar Days. All NYS counties Location: 4900 Broad Road The State University of New York requests your consideration for full design services: design documents, construction documents, bidding and construction administration of the above Project. Attached for your review in this matter, please find the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with instructions State University of New York goals are: 16% MBE participation and 14% WBE participation of the total contract value and 6% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business participation goal. The design team will take inventory of all panels in the work area to determine their available cards, slots, required hardware and software, modules, and Notification Appliance Circuits (NACS). A code review from the as-built will be carried out to identify any deficiencies or redundancies. The State University of New York Upstate Medical University reserves the right to reject any or all Qualification packages.
