The Graduate School and University Center of the City University of New York, located at 365 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10016 is soliciting bids for a contractor to provide Building Engineering Maintenance and Janitorial Services . An Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on TBD. Bidders shall have been in the Building Operating, Engineering and Maintenance Services and/or Janitorial Services business a minimum of five (5) years and have experience with at least 3 contracts of a similar size, scope, complexity and nature. Subcontracting is allowed only with an MWBE and/or SDVOB. Bidder must be able to demonstrate financial viability by providing financial statements for the preceding 2 years. Failure to meet, or comply with any of the requirements listed above and further described in the bid documents may result in the disqualification of bid. There is a minimum 30% MWBE, MBE or WBE and a minimum 6% SDVOB participation goal. Contract term: 5 YEARS Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this advertisement (including without limitation, any attached specifications and any other terms and conditions attached hereto or incorporated herein by reference) and by the University's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and Appendix A, Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts which are incorporated herein by reference with the same effect as it is written.
