The City invites proposal submissions from interested groups, businesses, or individuals to undertake a two-stage review of the Memorial Arena. The first stage of the project is to complete a detailed structural assessment of items listed for further review in the Preliminary Structural Assessment of the Memorial Arena. A detailed list is provided in the proposal. The project team should include at minimum Structural, Geotechnical and Architectural experts. The second stage of the project is to complete a lifecycle assessment for the Memorial Arena that will include completing an inventory of all major components of the building, completing a visual condition inspection of all inventoried assets and to complete a full lifecycle plan for the facility including any immediate, short, medium and long-term rehabilitation recommendations as well as anticipated retirement date.
