Renovation of a municipal facility in Havre, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

HVAC Renovation for Hill County Courthouse at Havre, MT. Project consists of renovation to the mechanical systems. All Bids must be on a lump sum basis; segregated Bids will not be accepted. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Contractor shall comply with all fair labor practices and shall meet the requirements of the State of Montana Prevailing Wage rates and Gross Receipts Tax. A Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid, and a Performance Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the bid will be required. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids except as noted in the Instruction to Bidders. The Project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
