The City of Converse is requesting Bids to award a contract for the purchase of goods and services contained in Appendix H Scope of Services. City has the right to reject, re-propose, accept and/or extend the ITB by up to an additional two (2) weeks from original submission. The City reserves the right to determine which Bid provides the City with the best value and which will be in the City's best interest. All questions related to the requirements or processes of this ITB should be submitted in writing to the Public Works Department no later January 4, 2024 Contact information for the Public Works Department is provided in section 2. Scope of Service Questions: All questions related to the scope of services should be submitted in writing to the contact person(s) noted in Appendix H - Scope of Services. Questions regarding bids must be addressed to the Public Works Department at jmair@conversetx.net. Pre-Bid Conferences: If necessary, the date and time of a pre-bid conference will be found in Appendix H-Scope of Services. Bond Requirements: If applicable, per the Scope of Work, prior to the commencement of work on this Project, Bidder shall deliver to the City the following bonds issued by a good and sufficient surety licensed by the State of Texas and satisfactory to the City, unless otherwise stated below:
