Per the owner, as of October 22, 2024, this project has not yet gone out for bids. A timeline for bidding and construction has not been determined. Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) is a publicly owned water and sewer service agency with approximately 46,000 water services and 36,600 sewer service connections, serving a population of approximately 157,000. EVMWD is located in the southwestern Riverside County and encompasses portions of Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, Wildomar, some parts of Murrieta and unincorporated parts of the Riverside County. The existing water system consists of 46 pressure zones. Within these zones, there are 69 active potable storage reservoirs and 54 booster pump stations. Question Deadline 01/04/2024 at 10:00 AM PT Project Start February 26, 2024 Provide engineering design services including but not limited to contract documents including plans and specifications, comprehensive utility search, permit acquisition for design and construction, easement and/or right-of-way documentation (if needed), detailed construction cost estimate, and other engineering services, as described herein. A detailed Scope of Services is attached hereto as Attachment "1". While the full scope of work shall be negotiated in a Professional Services Agreement, the Respondent will be expected to fulfill, at a minimum, the services and technical requirements described in the attached Scope of Services EVMWD intends to initiate the design for this project on February 2024, anticipating design completion on November 2024. Consultant shall remain on contract for the duration of construction. EVMWD reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to select the Proposal most advantageous to EVMWD. EVMWD reserves the right to verify all information submitted in the Proposal.
