Renovation of a municipal facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Estimated Project Cost $2,712,000 Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to Tim Mullikin at tim.mullikin@uc.edu with the project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please). Perform a complete upgrade of four passenger elevators, two in Morgens Hall and two in Scioto Hall. The project will upgrade the elevators, bringing them up to good operating condition and will include upgrades to the elevator machines, controls, elevator machine rooms and cab interior finishes as well as all associated electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection and fire alarm systems. Modifications will be made as required to bring the elevators up to all current codes. Estimated Basic Fee Range (see note below) 4% to 7.5% EDGE Participation Goal Percent of initial Total A/E Fee: 5.0%
