Liquid Cationic Polymer of the Diallyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride variety. The Polymer must be compatible with the installed liquid Polymer metering pumps as to specific gravity and viscosity limitations. Any limitations associated with the Polymer must be addressed in the sample submitted. The polymer will be stored in three 2500-gallon tanks which are filled thru 2-inch line headed by a 2 inch flanged male, "ever-tite" type FLA quick disconnect adapter. The polymer shall be in accordance with the current AWWA Specification B451 and the detailed requirement included herein. Questions or requests for additional information regarding this solicitation shall be directed in writing to the assigned City of Cincinnati Buyer, Melanie Roaden, via email at melanie.roaden@cincinnati-oh.gov. Please submit all questions via email no later than 12:00 PM Noon ET on December 28, 2023. The City reserves the right to negotiate reduction in price due to changes in market conditions at any time during any contract period. The contractor will be required to provide performance surety in the amount of 100% of the contract value.
