This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP). During the evaluation process, the Township reserves the right where it may serve the Townships best interest to request additional information or clarification from proposers, or to allow corrections of errors or omissions. At the discretion of the Township, firms submitting proposals may be requested to make oral presentations as part of the evaluation. It is anticipated the selection of a firm will be completed by mid-January, 2024. An Agreement for services will be required with the selected Contractor. A copy of the Agreement is contained herein for reference. Contract services will commence upon execution of the service agreement by the Township.
