Site work for a municipal facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
This solicitation is for the removal and replacement of recalled fire suppression sprinkler heads for the Louisiana Office of State Buildings located at the Information Services Building, 1800 North Third Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70802. Contractor shall provide all labor and materials in order to remove and replace approximately six hundred and ninety two (692) fire suppression sprinkler heads for the Louisiana Office of State Buildings (OSB) at the Information Services Building (ISB) as per Attachment C - Specifications. For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check) must be included with the bidder's submission in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation. Failure to do so will remove the bid from consideration.
