Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Thornhill, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City is soliciting Bids from Mechanical Contractors to replace two (2) gas-fired Domestic Hot Water boilers B3 and B4 ("Boilers") at the Thornhill Community Centre ("Thornhill CC"). The Boilers will be replaced with one (1) new Air-source Heat Pump ("ASHP"), two (2) new Electrical Water Heaters and auxiliary equipment. This project will help reduce the greenhouse gas emissions at Thornhill CC. Documents can be obtained at: https://markham.bidsandtenders.ca Award subject to final approval.
