No definite date for the rebid.** The project consists of, but is not limited to, Barn Renovation to remove extent of fire-damaged structure and roofing. Architectural, Structural, and Electrical work to return Barn to the pre-existing use. The Work as specified to include, but not be limited to, removal of existing fire-damaged roof sheathing and wood trusses, the installation of new roof trusses and sheathing with drip edge and asphalt shingles, and electrical work and new lighting. Two additional Alternate bids, as shown on the drawings, include removal and re-shingle of the remainder of the roof, and enlarging an existing opening to the Barn. The bid shall also be accompanied by an executed Consent of Surety in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-22, agreeing to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the stated principal amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, and a two-year Maintenance Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the contract amount. The TOWNSHIP OF PEMBERTON has the right to award the contracts within sixty (60) days of the bid opening and reserves the right to reject Proposals that are not received by the Municipal Clerk at the time and in the manner designated by Advertisement.
