Scope of Work: 1. Under this Contract, the Contractor shall furnish all material, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and supervision necessary for the work as described in these Specifications. The completed project shall not lack any part, which can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper completion, nor any subsidiary item, which is customarily furnished, or provided. Furthermore, the completed project shall comply in every respect with all applicable City of Rosenberg Codes and Ordinances. 2. Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: a. The Project will consist of the construction of a single-story and storage mezzanine structure, approximately 30,511 square feet, which will house fire department personnel by providing office, emergency operation center, living, sleeping, work, and vehicle storage areas. The pre-engineered metal building project includes site work, landscape, M.E.P engineering, and technology design. Full Scope of Work is described within the drawings and specifications.
