This scope of work is to provide repairs to Chiller #2 & #3 at B500.and return them to full operational status. This HVAC is critical maintaining the health, safety, and comfort of the airmen, as well as critical missions in several buildings. Chiller #3 has had a large refrigerant leak of potentially unknown location and cause and has not been able to remain running without significant make-up. Chiller #2 has a large refrigerant leak of unknown exact location and cause, accompanied by very high vibration, and it is suspected that the bearings are out of alignment or damaged.
