This bid is cancelled and will be updated and re-bid under bid #2024-14. The Town of Little Elm is seeking bids to perform SCADA system upgrades to our wastewater collections, wastewater treatment plant, and elevated storage tank facilities. Eleven sites are proposed in the plan submittals for bid. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject bids for any bid item or the bid in its entirety, whatever is most advantageous to the Town. Bidders must submit with their bids a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%), from a reliable Surety Company as guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute bond and guarantee forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him.
