SCOPE OF WORK The Utah Inland Port Authority is seeking to partner with a developer for the development of 1,833,571.08 square feet of land currently leased by the Authority at 1100 South 5600 West in Salt Lake City, Utah. The goals of this partnership are to attract a tenant which will provide significant capital investment in the area and provide quality employment opportunities. The expected partnership will be based on each party s share of the investment value provided. The Authority will provide the land and can contribute tax differential for the property to secure a bond if necessary. Property tax incentives can also be offered to attract a tenant, as provided in the Authority s Northwest Quadrant Project Area Plan and Budget. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Question Deadline 12/21/2023 at 5:00 PM MT No pre-submittal information meeting or site visit will be held. The UIPA reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and modify the schedule and scope of this Project as it may best serve the interest of the UIPA.
