The Proposed Concrete Sidewalk Construction Project Bidding Items Include but may not be limited to 1. Base Bid of 217 sq.yd. 4-ft wide sidewalk at WWTP 2 Alternate Bid of 166 sq.yd. 3-ft wide sidewalk at WWTP Copies of the Bid/Contract Documents may be obtained electronically The deadline to ask questions is 12/18/2023 2:00 PM CST A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Palmer or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of Palmer reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
