Warren Water Resource Facility (Warren Facility) located at 24501 S. Figueroa Street in Carson, California. SALVAGE ITEMS The Dryer consists of a feed hopper and pump, a biosolids dryer and several conveyors that lead to a final bin load out system. All equipment was in working condition when it was shut down in December 2016. Additional details on the equipment are provided in Exhibit A. The major components at the facility include: * One (1) 35 yd Feed Hopper * One (1) Seepex Progressive Cavity Feed Pump * One (1) Lot of Class 300# Feed Piping Spools * One (1) IC 1800 Bio-Scru Biosolids Dryer Model No. HSD 18D-23-5/4 * One (1) Set of Access Stairs * One (1) Condenser Model No. VS 1800 * One (1) Foul Air Fan, 1HP NYB blower fan * One (1) Discharge Conveyor * One (1) Cooling Conveyor * One (1) One (1) Transfer Conveyor * One (1) Distribution Conveyor * One (1) Load Out System * One (1) Thermal Fluid Heating System * One (1) Nitrogen Generator System * One (1) Mobile Building Structure Items not included in the salvage include: * Underground wiring or piping * Compressed air system * Electrical switchgear and transformers * Control panels * Tools, cabinets, etc. * Any equipment not specifically listed above. SCOPE OF WORK a. The Districts will disconnect all electric conductors, instrument wiring and conduits from the equipment skids. Electric conductors, instrument wiring and conduits will not be part of the salvage material. b. The Contractor will be responsible for disassembling, loading/unloading, removing, and transporting the dryer and all components listed. The contractor will assume the cost and liability of removing and transporting any salvaged equipment. c. Contractor must always maintain the jobsite clean and free of trip hazards, for the duration of the project including when work is not actually being performed. d. Contractor will be responsible for removing all debris associated with the dryer from the premises. Contractor will not be allowed to dispose of any materials on-site. All bids rejected.
