Construction of a 15-storey mixed-use building containing 107 social housing units with office at grade and vehicle parking spaces. TIMELINE: In design. An application seeking development permit was approved for the project. The development permit may be issued once all conditions are satisfied. General contractor and consulting engineers information are yet to be determined. Further update in early fall 2026. The application was considered under the Grandview-Woodland Community Plan. Construction budget is unreleased.
