Site work for a water / sewer project in North Manchester, Indiana. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 26, 2024, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will be rebid but no definite date yet. In general, the work consists of the installation of owner provided material for 8-inch watermain & valves, and the abandonment of 4-inch watermains along Wabash Road from South Street to Main Street. Technical questions regarding the project should be e-mailed to the Project Manager John Magsam, jmagsam@jheng.com at Jones & Henry Engineers, Ltd. Any Quote may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, but no bidder shall withdraw his Bid within 30 days after the actual opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Quotes, waive irregularities in any Quote, and to accept any Quote which is deemed most favorable to the Owner.
