The project will include, but not be limited to, the following: o Review the Schematic Design constraints and requirements provided in the RFP package. o Review site data. o Provide topographical and Level 3 utility survey. o Upon award, determine and provide design schedule of work. o Perform geotechnical analysis and surveys. o Submit list of required permits and approvals and apply for any permits and approvals required to maintain overall project schedule. o Design force main, site, site utilities, structures, and pumping stations. o Submit DB Concept Design, Design Development, and PD/B Construction Documents for review and guidance. o Complete a transient analysis for the force main. o Project Management. o Planning and development. o Provide easement and property documents. o Acquire easements and property for the construction of the project o Provide GMP at 80% design. 1. The Campbellton Pump Station and Force Main Project will construct one (1) new pump station, approximately nineteen thousand (19,000) linear feet of forcemain to serve the Campbellton development and surrounding areas. The pump station and force main are located in the City of Chattahoochee Hills, and the City of South Fulton. 2. The project will be constructed within the City Limits of Chattahoochee Hills, and the City of South Fulton. All cities are located within Fulton County, Georgia. A separate land disturbance permit will be planned for the portion of the project within each separate City. 3. The new Campbellton Pump Station will serve the proposed Campbellton development, Town Creek and Mill Branch sewer basins, and the surrounding area. The depth of the pump station shall be deep enough to provide 3-feet of cover over the proposed gravity systems to serve the Town Creek and Mill Branch sewer basin
