Project Description The work to be performed hereunder shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, transportation, supplies, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the complete and satisfactory construction of the Route 221 Waterline Replacement. The work shall include, but is not limited to, supplying and installing approximately 2400 If of 6" water main and related appurtenances as shown on the plans and as described in the technical specifications. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Withdrawal of Bid. The procedure for withdrawal of bids shall be in accordance with procedure (i) of Section 2.2 - 4330 of the Code Virginia.
