Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Greenbrier, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The City of Wooster will be accepting sealed bids from licensed contractors for CONSTRUCTION ERECTION OF PRE-ENGINEERED METAL BUILDING. The metal building materials package is scheduled for delivery by Pinnacle Structures, Inc. of Cabot, AR to the site at 10 Church Circle, Wooster, AR prior to this bid opening. The building will support operations of the Wooster Wastewater Utility for warehousing, office space, and pump cleaning/testing. Successful bidder shall be a licensed contractor in the State of Arkansas and shall be sufficiently insured and bonded to provide the services to be contracted. A bid bond of 5% is required. Additional materials required for construction erection of the metal building that are not supplied in the materials package delivered by Pinnacle Structures, Inc. Bids must be submitted on the BID FORM (provided in bid documents obtained from the engineer of record mentioned above) in total with taxes included, for the price to be paid by the City of Wooster.
