The City of Norwalk and the Oak Hills Park Authority is requesting proposals from Qualified Proposers for New construction and renovation of Bunkers as well as new tee boxes and irrigation at Oak Hills Park. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications. Oak Hills Park bunker construction and renovation, tee construction specs This construction and renovation project is to be divided into two separate jobs, A) new construction B) renovation. All work shall be divided as follows: A) 1- New construction of new bunkers on the range, hole 1, hole 10(greenside), and hole 17. 2- New construction of tees on hole 1 and 8 3- New Irrigation additions at bunkers on holes 14,15 B) Renovation of bunkers on holes 3,9,12(left of green), 13(front of green), 14, and 15.
