Communications with any Sewer District representative(s) or staff about this RFP other than as specifically permitted herein is grounds for disqualification. The Major AV Systems Upgrade Project shall include the following Tasks: Task A - Implement Audio/Visual Upgrades Task B - Provide One-Year Warranty Task C - Project Management The Consultant's proposal shall provide details as to the method of accomplishing the Scope of Work for each of the tasks noted. The Sewer District will attempt to acknowledge e-mails within one business day. Any party submitting a question or response for clarification must be as specific as possible in their description. Questions and answers will be posted on the Sewer District's internet website as Addendum(s) to the RFP, which can be accessed through the website under the 'Bids and Proposals' section. The Sewer District shall not be responsible for any costs incurred in relation to the preparation of the proposals. The Sewer District reserves the right to reject all Proposals. Consultants must meet the requirements detailed in the RFP and will not be considered if any requirements are not met. Selection is based on scoring criteria.
