Sealed Bids Will Be Received by the City of Ashland, Kentucky on the Following Item(S): City of Ashland 45th Street Sewer Pump Station Duplex Control & Lighting Upgrade for the Department of Utility Operations, Division of Wastewater Collection. Bidders or their representatives may be present at the bid opening. Bids received later than the time and date specified will not be considered. Also, amendments to or withdrawals of bids received later than the time and date set for the bid opening will not be considered. Bids received after the bid opening shall not be considered and will be returned unopened to the bidder. Bids shall be submitted on the blank Proposal Forms furnished and shall be enclosed in a SEALED envelope with the bidders name and address in the upper left-hand corner. The City of Ashland, Kentucky is accepting bids to upgrade Duplex Pump Control and lighting for the 45th street sewer pump station. Pricing for this project shall include freight and labor for the installation. Bidder must also employ field service technicians experienced in general operating knowledge and experience in servicing this type of equipment. The City of Ashland reserves the right to reject any bidder they deem lacks the qualifications, experience, or capabilities to perform this work.
