Site work for a water / sewer project in Seville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work described in the specifications consists of furnishing all of the labor, appliances, and services necessary to complete the work shown or reasonably inferred on the drawings and/or described in the specifications, and all materials and equipment to be incorporated at the construction for a complete and operable installation for the Owners use. All excess materials, containers, etc. shall be removed from the job site as work progresses. The project consists of replacing approximately 1-mile of water main along S.R. 3 (Center Street) via a combination of traditional cut and cover and trenchless installation methods with associated temporary service, testing, commissioning, and restoration. All work shall be completed within a reasonable timeframe as scheduled by the successful bidder, but will not begin prior to April 1, 2024, nor end after November 1, 2024. The Village reserves the right to dictate the construction duration as deemed necessary by the Village Council. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The Village also reserves the right to increase or delete any portion of the proposed work. Engineers Estimate of Probable Cost of Construction: $3,100,000.00.
