The work will be at the following locations: (a)Owings Mills Shop 10690 Red Run Blvd Owings Mills MD 21117 (b)Security Salt Dome 1709 Belmont Ave. Baltimore, Md 21244 (c)Fallston Salt Dome (located on MD 152 just north of MD 147) Other locations may be added as funding allows. Pre Bid Conference: A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this contract. Minimum wage rates for each Project, if applicable, have been pre-determined by law and are set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bids must only be made upon the latest electronic proposal forms (and attachments) that are furnished by the Administration. In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00.
