Reference Number 0000261184 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/12/21 02:00:00 PM EST This Request for Supplier Qualifications is an invitation by Listowel-Wingham Hospitals Alliance to prospective Respondents for Pre-Qualification of General, Mechanical and/or Electrical Contracting services in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide these services as further described (a) Describe in detail and provide examples of methodology and experience that demonstrate project success for the typical scope of work LWHA would require. b) Explain how scope of work, budget and schedule of projects will be managed. ( (c) Describe methods for achieving a high level of quality in the work and ensuring coordination between the work of all trades. (d) Provide any additional information, including other services or resources, that could be provided to LWHA in addition to those described in Appendix C or elsewhere in this RFSQ. (e) Provide any information regarding long-standing clients where services similar to those described have been provided. (f) It is the expectation of LWHA that in the event of an urgent situation or emergency that the Supplier respond to the project site within two hours to the job site. Provide details on how this will be managed. The term of the VOR status is to be for a period of three (3) years.
