Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Supply and installation of waterproofing membrane, complete with metal flashing, on foundation walls and footings around entire perimeter of building, including under stair structures. .2 Removal of existing carbon steel washer shims from beneath all granite base course sill, ashlar and return stones. .3 Supply and installation of water barrier beneath all granite sill stones. .4 Repointing granite sill stone butt (head) joints at locations indicated in the drawings. .5 Supply and installation of granite apron stone at northeast stair. .6 Removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk and ramp and hand rail on north side of building and concrete sidewalk on northeast side of building. .7 Regrading of landscaping on north, west and east side of building. .8 Removal and replacement of existing vegetation in flower beds on east and west side of building. .9 Removal and replacement of existing irrigation system on east and west side of building. .10 Installation of concrete swale and rock mulch on south side of building.
