The County is now accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified companies specializing in NON-PROPRIETARY Elevator Modernization Services for the modernization of six (6) traction passenger elevators and one (1) hydraulic passenger elevator at the Hall County Courthouse located 225 Green St. NE, Gainesville, GA 30501 and adjacent parking deck The successful awarded Contractor MUST furnish to the County both a Performance and Payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) each of the total amount of the initial years contract award amount and at each renewal and extension thereafter. The County will only accept surety companies licensed to do business in the State of Georgia. Bid Bonds are not required Contractor must be in the regular business of offering Elevator Modernization Services. Hall County, Georgia, Board of Commissioners is soliciting submissions from qualified companies specializing in Elevator Modernization Services to complete the Scope of Work as specified herein. Bidders Questions Due Date: December 22, 2023 Answers to Questions Due Date: December 26, 2023 If needed and in the best interest of the County, Purchasing may make any extension of the bidding period by a formal written addendum and publicly posted on the County
