The work of this contract is divided into two bid packages, Package A and Package B, briefly summarized as follows: Curb Ramp Replacement Package A The work done under this component includes but is not limited to: traffic control; protection of underground utilities; implementation of storm water pollution controls; adjustments of survey monument and utility covers; root pruning; tree protection; tree removals; stump grinding; removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, sidewalk, valley gutter, and curb & gutter; topsoil placement; curb ramp replacement; storm drain infrastructure removal and replacement; conform paving; curb painting. Sidewalk Repairs Package B The work done under this component includes but is not limited to: traffic control; protection of underground utilities; implementation of storm water pollution controls; adjustments of survey monument and utility covers; root pruning; tree protection; tree removals; stump grinding; removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, sidewalk, driveway, valley gutter, and curb & gutter; topsoil placement; curb ramp replacement; storm drain infrastructure removal and replacement; curb painting; water supply pipe repair; conform paving.
